Graduates and non-graduates Programme
Join the hub of employers who have been offering  work experience opportunities to graduates and non-graduates 

Our Graduate Traineeship Programme (GTP)

Our GTP is for graduates who do not have relevant work experience in their specialist field. We are also including non-graduates looking to get a taste of what the professional world is really like, especially those who are still considering their options.

We support our candidates with high quality work experience opportunities with committed employers who share the same passion as us.  We work together to make the placement a success.

We support the entire process from the initial stage until the end of the placement.

  • Speak to us about graduates and non-graduates who are finding it difficult to secure work experience opportunities
  • Speak to us about young people who are struggling to kickstart their career due to lack of work experience opportunities
  • 3 months work experience – Agreement signed by both parties
  • Full support from our work experience team throughout the 3 months

Let Apprentices help to grow your business

  • Our referrals team will support with filling your apprenticeship vacancies. We will refer learners or candidates that will meet the specific requirements of your organisation
  • Our apprentices have completed pre-apprenticeship training
  • Offer work experience to an apprentice while you make a decision of taking them on
  • Take on a pre-apprentice who needs support with work experience – £10-£15 per day to offset travel expenses and lunch
  • Minimum wage of an apprentice as of April 2022 is £4.81 an hour – £33.67 per day

18-20 Year Old Rate £6.83

Contribution to Travel Expenses – For Trainees 

Employers will reimburse trainees for travel and lunch expenses on a daily basis.  However, note that this does not apply to those who are taken on for regular paid work or apprenticeships. See the eligibility list below for travel and lunch contributions:

Rate from April 2022
Graduates £10 -£15 per day (travel exp and lunch)
Pre-Apprentice £10 -£15 per day (travel exp and lunch)
Work Experience Trainees £10 -£15 per day (travel exp and lunch)
